Baseball the feminine way. Such a good, captivating sports film. The little fat kid was annoying, though.
4 stars.

The Greatest Show On Earth (1952)
With the Circus finally shutting down, I had to watch this title. It was a fun romp and actually used a lot of real footage from the Barnum and Bailey Circus. It's mind boggling the amount of work that went into setting up the event, 1,400 people involved on a train more than a mile long. A lot of familiar faces. This movie won the 1953 Best Picture which seems to be titled as one of the worst movies to win an oscar. Cecil Demille directed, so it was epic. 3.5/5 |

The Rage: Carrie 2
Could've been better. The party scene was cool, though. It's a movie that asks "Who are your real friends? Who do you trust?" I'll have to give this a 2 1/2 star rating. Pretty bad sequel. "Magic can happen to you."

Last movie I saw in the theaters was Passengers. It was OK. I like sci-fi movies but this one spent a bit too much time on the romance side of things. I was more curious to the world outside of that. Still enjoyable for the most part though

O Brother, Where Art Thou?
What can I say, this movie is one of my favorites across the board. My first time watching it I had a huge oral presentation in class the next day. I was sick of dread because I had a severe phobia of public speaking. We rented this because my brother said they watched it in class and it was great. I swear, from start to finish this movie allowed me to escape that dread for a few hours and it was priceless. I continue to enjoy it at least once a year. "Well us two were fixing to fornicate too!" 5/5 |
We thought you wuz a toad. I love it too. Did you know it is based on Homer's Odyssey? It even mentions Homer as a character name in Homer Stokes. Cyclops = Bible salesman, Blind man = Seer, River Women = the Sirens, etc.

If You Meet Sartana Pray for Your Death (1968)
A decent, but not exceptionally great, spaghetti western. But don't you just love the title? 6/10. The women of New Vegas ask me a lot if there's a Mrs. New Vegas. Well, of course there is! You're her. And you're still just as perfect as the day we met.
