I feel like Nintendo does this to create hype sometimes. I have a real hankering to play the new Animal Crossing. I'd play the Gamecube Version but the mole is gonna yell at me since it's been 15 years since I last watered my tulips.

Dirty scumbag scalpers are to blame yet again. https://www.techspot.com/news/84887-nintendo-ongoing-switch-shortage-worsened-auto-purchase-bots.html |

I just finished my over one year campaign for the original Gamecube version back in January. I kind of now want the Switch version because it seems like you could do so much more in it. I unfortunately though don't have the money for a Switch. I wish they would go on sale, I don't think I've once seen it drop below $299 at any point in it's existence. *Insert funny signature here*

If you look on eBay, some sellers seemingly have an unending supply of them, how this is happening I have no clue. |

speaking of ebay i've noticed that there are people selling in-game animal crossing items for cash. not that i'm going to buy anything from them when i can just discover them easily in the game, but still. are people really that desperate for obtaining them? Nintendo Network ID: Benjamillion

vkimo wrote : Maybe the supply is endless because few people are buying at the prices they're asking. I'm certainly not. Maybe they've overestimated the demand. I hope they get burned for all their scalping and speculation. Units are selling, I can see by looking at sold listings, but I'm too lazy right now to compare volume of today vs 3 months ago. |
