Added sweeteners show up in store-bought, factory made sauces. Sugar just doesn't sound right in my tomato sauce! So I cut up tomatoes myself. There's also canned tomatoes. Whether I just cook diced tomatoes or roast and reduce them to a real sauce, it's better than Prego. And it's pretty easy.

I took it upon myself to cook a chicken breast for myself the other day, while the wife was away. I'm no cook. The chicken was extremely dry and barely flavored. I do so much better on a grill than a pan with anything it seems.
