Haha what you said about Allentown made me laugh. What possessed you to go there?

Awesome bklynbren! Sounds like a very fun and busy trip. I can only imagine the calories you inhaled on that trip.

Yeah, but not enough calories; there's like a whole list of places that I wanted to eat at but yet again did not make it to them.

vkimo: Allentown isn't far out of your territory is it? That's right on your back door. You guys were only miles apart and didn't even know it.

bklynbren: I know the feeling. So much to see (and eat) and so little time.

I have some family on my wife's side who live there. We spent a day with them at some public pool, I forgot the name of it, but it was fun, it had a decent size water slide with two spouts. My cousin just bought his first investment property out there too, so he was dieing to show us.

The Brazilian soccer team's not even trying in this game, and they're supposed to rule in their own sport!

Ah, makes sense. I'm in Hellertown which is pretty close by. There's not really anything of interest for miles haha

practically blew up the whole block, we had about 1000 dollars worth of fireworks from Phantom Fireworks, by 12 a.m. I didn't want to see another firework, I was giving stuff away. To sum it up, we had a blast.

That sounds like something my cousins would do. I mean spending $1000 on fireworks. They would be lighting them past 1AM.

Yeah it was way too much, next time I'm only going to contribute about half of what I spent this year. We ended up with too many leftover fireworks.

On another note, we had an issue with the mortar tubes exploding, this has never happened to me before. I wonder if they cut corners on the manufacturing.
