I hate phone stores. I need a new phone as this one is LITERALLY falling apart, and I have to wait an hour to do so... like I'm in a doctor's office or something.

Why does trying to get a phone have to turn into something time-consuming?

today i'll be going to paramount king's dominion theme park in richmond virginia with my uncle who happens to live in ohio. his daughter has served in the military, so she'll be coming as well and giving a discount for our admission. i'll pretty much be gone from morning up until it gets dark. since the hot days from summer are coming to a close this month, this will likely be the last time this year that i'll go on any water rides or step in any swimming pools.

King's Dominion always fascinated me. It was the only theme park I had ever been to that had metal detectors at the gates.

The first time I went there, I thought, "Uh... what am I about to step into here... Ghetto Disneyland?"

As for my day, I'll be spending some of it helping my brother remove a bunch of junk and furniture from his old house, in preparation for fixing it up as a rental. Hurray!
