My thread went past the 2000th mark! Very nice!



I encountered what appeared to have been a horse-fly yesterday. That sucker was huge! Thank goodness it didn't sting me because I heard it hurts worse than a wasp's sting.

No. I never grew to like it. I hate Raiden forever. In fact, I didn't buy MG3 or any thereafter. But that was mostly because I thought Kojima went too far with the ridiculous characters when he introduced a "vampire" that takes a headshot and doesn't die. Yeahhhh.... sorry. That took me right out of the story for good.

Went to watch Jurassic World today, then came home and we had a downpour which caused some flash flooding. I've never seen our part of the creek so high (a tributary to the main creek passes through our property).

Did anyone do anything nice for dad today?

Not really. My dad doesn't even like father's day. Even when I do something with him on that day, he jokes around and says "you think this is for father's day? Ha! Ha! That's a stupid holiday."

How about that? I thought every dad liked Father's Day.

Hope everyone had a good Father's Day. I know we did here. It's good to be "Dad".

I got a new pair of shoes from Fingerhut. Red K-Swiss shoes with white stripes on them.

Second day of VBS in the books. Three more to go. Phew!
