Vaporman87 wrote : That seems to relate more to the Japanese version of Smash, which is already out. I'm not sure if there is such a glitch in the demo version. EDIT: But if you really want concerning news about the game: http://kotaku.com/super-smash-bros-is-wrecking-some-peoples-3ds-handheld-1634549128/all |

Well, Super Smash Bros is the type of game where you really got to mash the buttons and move the hell out of the joystick. This could be too much for the 3DS to handle. Maybe when the New 3DS comes out, they might make it more stable.

this week was an odd one, because for the first time, the nintendo youtube channel didn't offer trailers for their wii u and 3DS releases, so because of that a lot of people weren't even aware that these showed up in the eshop.
Week of 9/18/2014 Wii U Virtual Console: Wild Guns (SNES) $7.99 3DS Virtual Console: Legend of the River King 2 (GBC) $4.99 Nintendo Network ID: Benjamillion

Also, this week's Super Smashing Sale features the original NES Metroid under the Samus/Zero Suit Samus sale for both the Wii U and 3DS Virtual Console. The NES Metroid, which is normally $4.99, is discounted at $3.49. Personally, I find this week's Smash discount to be disappointing. I can understand Super Metroid not being part of the sale, but it would have been nice to see a discount for Metroid Fusion.

What the heck was Wild Guns? I don't remember that.

Week of 9/25/2014:
Wii U Virtual Console: Mario Golf: Advance Tour (GBA) $6.99 And now, we come to the final week of the Super Smashing Sale. This week's discounts involve Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong. The NES version of Donkey Kong, which is normally $4.99, is discounted at $3.49 for both the Wii U and 3DS Virtual Console. Donkey Kong Jr, which is also normally $4.99 is discounted at $3.49 for the Wii U Virtual Console only. The Kirby and King DeDeDe sale has Kirby's Dream Land 1 and 2 for the 3DS Virtual Console, both which are normally $3.99, is discounted at $2.49. Kirby's Dream Land 3 on the Wii U Virtual Console, which is normally $7.99, is discounted at $4,99. And Kirby and the Amazing Mirror, which is normally $6.99, is discounted at $4.99 for the Wii U Virtual Console. Also, there's discounts for Pac-Man, Pikmin and Olimar, Fox, and Villager. What I don't understand though, is why the hell is Donkey Kong 94 not discounted? I think that would have been better than the NES version of Donkey Kong. Kirby's Adventure, I assume is not discounted due to it being a part of the Famicom 30th Anniversary campaign. Also, WHY is the Pac-man discount just the game based off That UNGODLY Pac-man cartoon. No, I'm not talking about Pac-land... but the one based off The Ghostly Adventures. |

Week of 10/2/2014:
Wii U Virtual Console: Castlevania: Dracula X (SNES) $7.99 Castlevania Dracula X makes it's Virtual Console debut... kind of. The original game, Rondo of Blood, the Japanese only Turbografix PC Engine title, was released on the Wii Virtual Console back in 2010. Unfortunately, since the Wii U Virtual Console does not currently support Turbografix-16 games... and probably never will, then we're stuck with the watered-down SNES version, Dracula X. Not a bad game by any means, but you'll still get a better experience getting Rondo of Blood from the Wii Shop Channel, and playing it in Wii Mode. |
