Awesome! I remember you saying it's in West Virginia? I don't go that way very often but if I do I should check it out. Usually my visits to WV is to go to Harper's Ferry -end quote

So for many months I have been trying to find my old cassette tapes. I finally found them. Unfortunately they were stored across the street from my office in a building that has been slowly becoming a biohazard. Many things over there had accumulated white or black mold to varying degrees. I have begun the process of transferring the audio from cassette to digital and CD, cleaning up the audio in Audacity as much as I can. The first of these tape transfers was the first gloriously awful recording of me and friends singing original songs, mostly to Revenge of Shinobi music (and one to the tune of Funky Cold Medina). This one seems to have suffered a bit more than others, but I got the audio somewhat clean... other than some clicking noises that are a bit annoying. That being said... enjoy "Glad 2 No U", an album by Tone 20/20 & The Def Wave Crew. This was made in 1989 by me and my late friend John Holsinger, and was mostly a collection of songs about my mom's then boyfriend Bill Thomas, an optometrist and good friend. Particularly special is the obvious affect of puberty on my angelic voice. 2. Bill Rocks 4. He Farted You love this signature.

As promised here is the track list from the second "album" we lovingly titled "Go Def!" from 1990: 5. Do You Think I Can Rock? (So bad I don't want it to be heard... that's baaaaad) 6. The NBA Jam 7. Pumpin' It And then in 1992, my college roommates begged me to make some more... so I obliged. I decided to go solo and changed my name to 2 Grate MC... ooooh yeah. Here are the four "songs" from "In One Ear...": 4. Trash Can Lover (my personal favorite of them all) I recall that my equipment for all of this consisted of a boom box and a crappy microphone. This meant I had to get it all right in one take. There was no way to "edit" out mistakes. That was... frusrating. You love this signature.

Quite possibly the most '80s superhero ever to grace the pages of a comic. Seriously... he breakdances. Therefore, he should have his own 200 million dollar film and tons of toys. Make it so... somebody. VIBE You love this signature.

The images below are ones I never thought I would see again. Recently a friend of mine from high school found these images following the death of his father. The Star Wars mural was painted on a wall in the art room in high school by me and another friend. We painted it over the existing mural, which was the cover of Prince's Purple Rain album. So this image is probably circa 1990 or so. The other image of Marvel characters still exists on the wall of both friends' bedroom. We each drew and painted our favorite characters (mine being Iron Man). This painting probably happened in '88 or '89.
