If you've watched Wayne's World (the film), you'll see it in one of the scenes. It's a hair cutting device that is used with a vacuum cleaner.

Don't know if anybody here collects toys, but Marvel Legends recently released a line of figures with throwback packaging. These might be cool for the points store....
