It’s one thing to have a dog show up and do physical damage to property, or threaten the life of your own animals or children, but to just shoot a dog for being there? That is just wrong. Maybe you can take him to court. I know here in Ohio there are certain laws restricting the use of force on domestic animals, even if they show up on your property

If he stayed inside and called animal control, then that's one thing. He was a barker, not really a biter. But even then he just had to stay inside. Once he came back out, then I believe protecting family defense is out the window once they are all inside.

Spent my day going through my childhood piggy bank. I had over $40 in change just sitting in there after I was done counting. I decided to get rid of the bank itself since it was just taking up too much space.
I'm kind of sad to see it go. I got it as a souvenir when my family went to Hershey Park well over ten years ago. It's held up pretty well for how old it is. It's also one of the last items I own that I had owned before I moved out of New York. I also found my lucky Namco game token while I was emptying it. I have absolutely no idea how it got in there. *Insert funny signature here*

I've been dieting now for several months. It's been going fairly well, it's slowed down quite a bit but I'm still getting the weight off. The most annoying thing about the weight loss thus far has been how my clothes are so much more loose on me (which I think it's now time I go clothes shopping).
The past several nights have revealed a new problem I don't know if I'm capable of handling: I can no longer take the cold weather. I used to be able to walk around in the winter weather in just a pair of shorts and sweatshirt. Can't do that anymore. The nights are even worse. I'm going to bed in sweatpants, a long sleeve shirt, a sweatshirt and are covered in two really thick blankets and one mildly-thick blanket. I still can't get warm even with all that on. Florida is suddenly looking a whole lot nicer. *Insert funny signature here*
