@vkimo: I wholly agree! I've never understood the criticism of that movie. It did everything it was supposed to perfectly. And it was actually pretty enjoyable.

Used Cars (1980)

9/10 Great movie. This is so funny. The dog was hilarious.

Leviathan (1989)

A really bad Aliens ripoff. Peter Weller (Robocop) stars in it and manages to exhibit even less personality than he did as a robot. Bad acting, lame monster, you name it and this movie has it. I slightly enjoyed it's dated atmosphere though.

2.5/5

The Black Cat (1981)

8/10 Great Lucio Fulci movie. Not as crazy as his other stuff but still great. Patrick Magee was so good in this.

Burying the Ex (2015)

8/10 Great new Joe Dante horror dark comedy.. He's in my top five favorite directors. I didn't know it was out yet but i saw that it was on netflix. Alexandra Daddario was pretty nice in this. Great appearance as usual in joe dante movies by Dick Miller. Takes place around halloween time. Great make up effects. I liked all the references to classic horror movies.

Rambo: First Blood (1981?)

Hard to believe the over the top franchise stemmed from this movie. Whole thing took place in one small American town, a fact I think a lot of people forget. Before he was out kicking foreign but, he was kicking local haha. Great movie. 3.5/5

I have this image in my head of Stallone walking down the sidewalk in rural southeastern Ohio picking off bad guys in their pickups with a bow and arrow.

The Out-of-Towners (1970)

9/10 Very funny movie. Jack Lemmon was hilarious in this. Sandy dennis was also funny repeating everything he said while he's getting more and more upset throughout the movie.
