The Ref (1994)

The Martian - Great movie, I loved the humor but found the ingenuity almost unbelievable. I didn't get the feeling of being alone like I did with movies like I am Legend though. Not a bad flick.

Creed - I didn't even know there was a new Rocky movie until a few days before it hit theaters. Very reminiscent of the first movie and I'm glad it didn't use a lot of the plot angles of the previous movies. Kind of bizarre though that Rocky's personal life remains unchanged when just 10 years prior he had a go with the world heavyweight champion and almost won. This movie seems to ignore that. Adonis's origins definitely seem whipped up and I feel the film didn't place enough emphasis on Apollo Creed and building up the shadow it cast on his son. I enjoyed the movie though. You'd have thunk Rocky would have quit training after Tommy Gunn though!

Body Slam....wrestling flick from 1986.  Fun and campy, but my kids enjoyed it.  6/10.

Very predictable.  Cute movie though.  There was a few scenes that my head scratching trying to figure out how that ended up in a kids movie.
