22733Shameful Retro ConfessionsWhile we're confessing...

I too have never seen Risky Business. It just never appealed to me for whatever reason. I know it's required viewing for most retro enthusiasts, but what can I say?

However, mass, you should prepare to be burned at the stake for not liking Blade Runner. That's just sinful.
Vaporman87Aug 06, 2015View
22732Last Movie You WatchedWinnebago Man (2010)

Never have I watched a film with so much swearing... that absolutely was a joy to watch. This documentary on the infamous Jack Rebney, AKA The World's Angriest Man of YouTube fame, was everything a good documentary needs to be. A look into the man behind the legend, with plenty of heart and a helping of drama. If you can get past his foul mouth (for those who tend to be sensitive to that sort of thing), you'll find you were entertained from start to finish.

4/5
Vaporman87Aug 06, 2015View

22730Halloween Nostalgia & More!Well look what thread has reared it's spooky head already!

The reason? General Mills has announced the package details for this year's Monster Cereals lineup.

Through the use of an app known as Blippar, you'll be able to view the boxes with your smart phone and such and see your favorite tasty terrors come to life in new ways. I'm guessing this will function much like the AR cards with the Nintendo DS.

Target is once again getting exclusive boxes that will contain a cut out castle, and Walmart will be getting glow-in-the-dark boxes. No word on whether Target will be offering any "retro" boxes again this year.
Vaporman87Aug 06, 2015View

22728The CaféWhen will these movie theater killings end? There's been too many of them!

http://news.yahoo.com/shooting-reported-at-movie-theater-in-nashville--tennessee-191435924.html
Mr MagicAug 05, 2015View
22727Doug (Nickelodeon series.)As I was made fun of a lot and found myself escaping into fantasy via movies and TV to escape my problems, this show hit too close to home for me to enjoy it. I watched it, but as with the Nicktoons of that era, it was more out of obligation than enjoyment. I preferred certain cartoons from the Disney Afternoon and those of Warner Brothers.
Caps 2.0Aug 05, 2015View
22726The CaféWell, having perused the menu I think my personal choices would be the Pantera or the Yob. Both make my mouth water.

But who am I kidding. I would end up with the House. House salad that is. Vaporman87Aug 05, 2015View
22725The CaféOK, Saturday I'm going to Kuma's Corner. Have a look at that menu and tell me what you'd get. If you move your cursor over the dish's name you can see a picture of it.

I'm definitely getting a Plague Bringer. For my second burger, I'm having a really hard time deciding between Yob, Kaiju, and Kuma. Yes, second burger. It's their annual party, so I expect to be there for at least six hours, more like ten if Mrs steak doesn't drag me away. And there will be a lot of alcohol to soak up.
shakin steakAug 05, 2015View
