1339 | Article | Hoju Koolander | @pikachulover I was Goofy, The Genie, Woody, Baloo, Brer Bear, Mr. Incredible, Kronk and my favorite, the Queen of Hearts. My version of the Queen was quite a diva. | A Haunting Experience | Sep 27, 2014
1338 | Article | Hoju Koolander | It's like even when you win, she wins. You should have just blamed the whole thing on your adamantium claws like, "yeah, I meant to do that." the fact that you planned to be Wolverine all day with no thought for a change of clothes is pretty great. | Halloween 1995 Victory and Embarrassment | Sep 27, 2014
1337 | Article | Vaporman87 | Yeesh. I wouldn't want to be anywhere near the nude haunted house. That just sounds like a whole lotta trouble waiting to happen. I WOULD love to see Knott's Scary Farm one year. Seems like such a cool place to visit for the season. | A Haunting Experience | Sep 26, 2014
1336 | Article | pikachulover | You can only go so many times before you get bored of it. I lived by the Toys R Us when I was young from ages 2-8. Actually when relatives come to visit we would entrain them by taking them on a trip to the Toys R Us. My cousins used to buy board games and visit my house. Play the game at my house, and then return the game and complained it was "boring". That location closed in the mid 90s. It got replaced by the Montebello store by the mall. | Timewarp: Toys R Us 1987 | Sep 26, 2014
1335 | Article | pikachulover | @Hoju Koolander At least 4 of my cousins worked there and 2 family friends. Every year they were different things. What did you dress as at Disneyland? Actually since this article proved to be popular I'll post another Haunt one. I had enough material for 2 articles. | A Haunting Experience | Sep 26, 2014
1334 | Article | Hoju Koolander | @pikachulover Wow, That's awesome! The clearance aisle was a favorite of mine too. If I had lived that close to TRU I would have been there every day after school hassling the employees about the latest X-Men figures in person, rather than on the phone. | Timewarp: Toys R Us 1987 | Sep 25, 2014
1333 | Article | Hoju Koolander | Morning Funnies cereal was also for me one of the sugar cereals I was able to convince my parents to put in the shopping cart just once. To me the flavor was like amped-up Fruit Loops. I 100% agree on the old "McStyrofoam" containers. The designs were so iconic that they even made those transformer-like Happy Meal toys based on that classic look. | Yesterdays 1: Foods Long Gone | Sep 25, 2014
1332 | Article | Hoju Koolander | "...character AT Disneyland" Although a physical representation of the entire park would be a pretty awesome costume. | A Haunting Experience | Sep 25, 2014
1331 | Article | Hoju Koolander | Knott's Scary Farm is still on my to-do list. I grew up in Orange County and even worked as a character as Disneyland, but never made it over to a Halloween Haunt. I thought your description of the smell was very helpful in imagining myself getting terrorized by ghouls for hire. So what was your cousin dressed up as? @vkimo Those haunted attractions sound pretty kinky, uh yeah... | A Haunting Experience | Sep 25, 2014
1330 | Article | vkimo | @Pika Now that I think about it, you were only allowed to be nude through one of the haunted houses, but still. | A Haunting Experience | Sep 25, 2014 |
