Mr Magic
Today is Father's Day.

Do something good for daddy.

I took mine to the Waffle House and went swimming with him.

Unfortunately my father is on the other end of the United States. Otherwise we'd BBQ in the backyard and I'd buy him a Fenix TK 75.

Mr Magic
I hope you two didn't get in too big of an argument.

We had a special service at church this morning honoring fathers, and a nice little wienie roast after service in the evening. In the afternoon, the family and I went to some friends house for food and fellowship. It was a good day. I got a huge card from the kids too, with tons of their artwork. They're dad's kids for sure.

Did you get to ride Apollo's Chariot or Alpengeist? That's all that matters really. Speaking of Apollo's Chariot... Diamondback at King's Island could be it's twin brother. They both have the same track and train type, although on Diamondback the second row seats sit farther out to the sides for better viewing.

i used to ride the rollercoasters at one point, the griffon was the last one i ever went on but it felt short, not many tight turns and there were wide loops. nowadays for me it's ether the regular amusement park rides or the water rides, the escape from pompeii is a favorite of mine

i miss some of their old shows though, around a decade ago i remember when they had a movie that was simply titled "4-D pirates", directed and written by R.L. stine and a cameo by weird al yankovic. i only remember parts of it, but one scene had a closeup of a fish spitting water and around the two sides of the theater screen water would shoot out at the audience, and another one with a bunch of mice running across a floor and air vents blowing at the audience's feet to give the feeling that the mice were running across. creative and hilarious

I think I do recall that show. They also had one (later on I believe) with Leslie Nielson in it. I can't remember what it was about though.

There used to be a coaster there called Drachenfire. That was the first coaster that went upside down that I ever rode. After that, a whole new world of coaster riding opened up to me.
