What is it with TV inventions and unfortunate effects?

We did basically that same thing only we had to shake it up in a bag, within a bag of ice. It can wear you out. LOL

Well it's Labor Day weekend. I suppose that means this thread is "unofficially" no longer relevant until next year.

Overall, I think it was a good Summer. Not great, but good. I especially liked that the weather was very mild, and we were able to do a great deal outside as a result.

And, you guys provided some awesome articles on Summer. Great stuff.

That sounds like a good idea, we may try that this weekend. I'm not too crazy about the Ice Cream magic, it takes a lot of work with very little ice cream payoff.

I'm not sure how hot it currently is, but I believe it's in the triple digits.

The things some of us won't do with sunscreen...

@bklynbren: Yeah. We fill a sandwich size ziploc bag with the ice cream ingredients, place that bag in a gallon size ziploc bag mostly full of ice and some salt. Then shake. It takes a little while, but you can get a bowl full of ice cream per.

I felt this summer was very tiring on me (and my wallet) With all the stuff I had to do and then some I'm thankful nothing eventful is happening in September so I can relax a bit. October has a couple things going on (Convention and getting Smash Bros)

That's what I'm doing. I got a couple articles finished so I can take it easy for a while.
