Glad to hear that Capcom still cares about releasing their older games... even if they are trying to kill off some of their beloved franchises.

I'm not even going to bother with a Wii-U. Nintendo has strayed too far and I just don't want to go where they're headed with consoles.

A happy fourth of July to everybody. Yes, even on the day before fourth of July, there's always time for Virtual Console releases from Nintendo. As well as Nintendo eShop discounts such as one from a certain third-party developer that I hate who has screwed the Wii U over before.

Out of all the Mario games, Mario Tennis was the one I was attached to the most. That and Super Mario World.

The kids loved Mario Tennis. What's the difference between it and "Power Tour"?

Well, Power Tour has an RPG style mode that's similar to what Mario Tennis GB had. It's where players can move through the rankings and compete with some of the best players.

I literally own about 4 copies of Bases Loaded. Don't ask how I got that many copies. I guess you can say it was a pretty common title.

Vapor will get a kick out of this.

Every person is required to own at least one version of Bases Loaded. It's federally mandated. Also mandated... being familiar with the names, Oko, Fendy, Paste, Debro, and Star.

This week was a pretty crappy week for Nintendo eShop releases in general, but I am glad that the Game Boy Advance lineup for Wii U is growing.

Speaking of which, some news has been going on that Sega is NOT going to be supporting the Wii U Virtual Console despite being a big supporter for the Wii Virtual Console. Of course, fans raged to Sega on Twitter about this whole thing, of which, they responded that the idea is still on the table, and that while there's no immediate plans, this doesn't mean they won't support the Wii U VC in the future. I hope so, Sega... I hope so. After all, there is absolutely NO EXCUSE for them not to bring over the Sonic Advance titles.
