another rainy day outside, so i decided to vacuum around the place and scrub down the rugs a bit to make them look nice and clean. then took the rest of the night to boot up a game of goof troop on the snes

It's been a difficult weekend. My anxiety disorder/OCD reared it's head more so than it has in some time. I feel like my mind is on the mend now, but pray for me if you are a prayer.

I know that feeling. I have a pretty bad anxiety disorder.

The thing with that is everyone is different. Though most usually have some kind of "Security Blanket" That they use to calm down from stress. For me Music helps me (Which is why I usually carry around headphones where ever I go)

Some people sadly resort to smoking a cigarette or something harmful. I like to workout or take a long walk.

Smoking? Really?

Alot of my friends know that I hate quiet. Quiet usually starts up my anxiety. Even though at times I like quiet I'd rather have soft music playing than dead silence.

There's nothing wrong with quiet, but it does get to me at times.
