I finished watching the entire original Kimba the White Lion series. All 52 episodes!

Today was a day I didn't expect at all.

I was at a club meeting, and everyone there was discussing different topics. Basically, the people there were talking about what was going on in their personal lives. One of the people there said that she is currently homeless and had no place to go. After expressing how she doesn't have a place to stay, I offered her to stay at my place, and she accepted.

So, yes. I have somebody staying at my apartment for a few nights until she finds another place on her own. I told her it can't be permanent.

That's a really nice gesture, dude.

My day was mostly quiet. Though after the new episode I've been on an Abbott and Costello kick (Yes they made a joke based on the Who's on First bit) and I've been writing a riff on a movie cause I felt like doing it for a while. Though recording will have to wait.

It's been another weekend of working on the house. I'll be very glad when this remodel is completely finished. Nice thing is, the family/TV room is about done, and man it's soooo much better now. It was the only room in the house we never did paint or recarpet, and many did it need it. Loving it now.

In between working on the house, I've been working on getting 80sXChange set up on my server... a mess in itself. Explained in the appropriate thread.

Third day of having her stay at my place.

Today was her first day of cooking here. We had BBQ Chicken, potatoes, and salad. Before that, we were mostly eating pizza. Not to mention we'd get a 2-liter bottle of soda, which I'd end up finishing up by the end of the day. I like soda and all, but damn it, I'm supposed to be good to myself!

I think tomorrow might be when she leaves. I enjoy having her around. Not only does she have a place to stay, but it also feels very fulfilling taking care of someone when they need it. Plus, she'd help me out a little by cooking, and chiping in on the pizza we would both order. LOL.

Fresh ink yesterday, and boy is my arm tired!
