As long as we're dreaming, I wish no change was ever made.  The site looks very slightly more modern now.  Not in a terrible way but not good either. The decade filter is the only thing even slightly good to come about...if it actually worked correctly.  Well it seems to for the later decades, but for 50s and 60s it's totally random. Must be some bad tagging or something, I don't know

I was excited at first but as it turned out, the total redesign made everything less easy and less pleasant. Something reminiscent of the previous background is nice but doesn't really change that. I'm sure Vertex had good intentions and I feel bad to complain but I don't think any of this was successful.

EDIT: the alerts on RJ. Extremely useful and came with the overhaul. I wish the 'clear all alerts' button worked, or that it would only give one alert per thread, or that I could somehow exclude certain threads. But still, it does work, better than the system here even, and I do have to give Vertex kudos for that.

Maybe I'm just "slow", but trying to figure out the chronology of comments made on an article at RJ has always been difficult for me. Perhaps while Vertex is on a tear, we can ask him to do something to simplify it. Am I the only one???

Yeah, when users reply to other users, things get messed up.

The Forums there are too confusing to read alot of the time and when you reply to a user it takes up a good chunk of the page.

Looks like CruJonesIsTheMan got the redesign he wanted.

It would appear that the "RetroDaze" thread in the RJ forum has been completely removed. Hmmm.

Someone on there must be Jelly As much as I like RetroJunk I actually prefer this site more cause the community is more friendly and active here.
