gotta love it when moms want to get their kids' trick or treating over with.

I assume that at some point in time, saying "trick or treat" meant that "unless you cough up the candy, you can expect me to play a trick on you".

I wonder when that went by the wayside?

I took the phrase to mean, "show us a magic trick or give us a sweet treat". Handing out candy is waay easier.

Here's my Halloween Mood "Table" (as popularized by Dinosaur Dracula). Of course, this is much more than a table. I never could seem to contain my sprawling Halloween spirit. So, yeah, this is like a fraction of the Halloween stuff I have.

Oh, and I bought a couple of those cheapo dollar store light strings yesterday to light up the inside of my displaty case. Thought it came out looking pretty good.
