Got my second dose of the Pfizer vaccine today. That's all she wrote. I'm fully vaxxed now. And, if conspiracy theorists are to be believed, the government can now freely track me (as though they couldn't before).

i have a feeling this will be a yearly thing getting the shots, not really looking forward to it since that second shot just made me feel like my brain was being tossed around as i was making trips to the bathroom and kitchen

At my job, customers and employees can come in maskless. People still wear masks, though. Guessing they're worried about catching it.

@Ben Yeah, eventually we'll need boosters. I'm hoping maybe they won't effect us the same way as the first round. I didn't have too bad of a reaction, but I did feel under the weather for half a day after the second shot.

@Mr. Magic, could also be a reaction to the variants and/or they have underlying conditions. Like for me, I'm not too worried at the moment since I'm vaccinated. But my dad, even with the vaccination, has a lowered immune system because he's going through chemo, and his doctors have warned him to continue using the mask, social distancing, etc. 

The college where I teach just sent out the new rules for Fall, and we're also moving to a "no mask needed unless you are not vaccinated" and "no social distancing" stance. Though I suspect they aren't going to actually be checking and everyone (no matter if they are vaccinated or not) will cease to wear masks.
