Actually, how about the weekend after this. That would give more time to kind of see what everyone's doing and perhaps make plans that involve stopping in to watch.

Great, great news regarding this staple of the site.
After researching, tinkering, and experimenting... I have reworked the theater and how it operates. I eliminated the script that was being used, and replaced it with a simple UStream embed. This will provide numerous benefits: - No more worrying about browser crashes or being a little late to the show! Now you can come and go from the Theater as you like, and when you do re-enter, you'll be watching from the same spot in the film as everyone else, just like a TV Channel. - Pause the action! Have to go pee, but don't want to miss a moment of the show? No problem. Pause the movie, and when you press play on your return, you'll be right where you left off. But wait... you want to be caught up with the rest of the gang instead? It's cool. Just refresh the browser window. Wa-la! You're live again! - Slow connection? No biggie! Now each attendee can change the video quality of the show. Lower it if things are getting a bit too choppy for you. - Go full screen! Want the show to fill up your whole screen? You can do that! - We can simulcast! The show can be broadcast in the Theater, on Facebook, YouTube... pretty much anywhere at the same time. You love this signature.

A couple other neat benefits of the change include the ability to flash "polls" on the screen at any time and without obscuring the picture, and the ability to have "previews" playing on screen (trivia or fun facts) while waiting for the show to start.
