I've always wanted to check out Virginia Beach. How is it over there? I always liked the beach atmosphere ever since my folks used to take us to Pensacola Beach, FL as kids. Gives me a sense of nostalgia I guess. May have to wait till summer time for it to look nice though.

What's the name of your stepdads lawncare business? I saw a billboard for a lawncare place in Chesapeake on the way here.

@Linux: it's great today. A bit overcast and cool, but that just meant we had the whole section of beach in front of our suites to ourselves. We were on the beach for about 3 hours.

Ahh, okay. This was just called Chesapeake Lawn something or other. We'll be leaving tomorrow, but I'm not sure when just yet.

We ate at a place called Ynot (Tony spelled backwards, so of course we had to eat there). Sooo good!

Well I'm heading to bed at a very early hour because I will have to wake up around 2:00 AM so we can head for Florida. 

Phew. It's 8:28 PM and we are at Ormond Beach Florida. It's been a long trip but we did really well considering we had to head back for Levis inhalers and lost 2 hours.

We are actually at Daytona Beach, not Ormond, and while the beach area was peaceful and fun, the area inland from the beach is crazy. Apparently the Daytona 500 must be today? It's crazy. We drove by the stadium and people are everywhere.

We ate at Joe's Crab Shack on the Daytona Pier. That was cool!
