So far I'm less than impressed by the Switch, though I do like it's portability. It needs more and better games badly

i don't know why, but seeing video ads taking up the whole page of retrojunk just seems depressing to me. is vertex really that desperate to keep the site going now?

Sounds like it. I think I recall a while back he promised not to resort to using very intrusive ads. I guess he realized that Retrojunk is dying, so he needs something like this to keep it going. I feel kind of bad for him TBH.
