22309 | Last Movie You Watched | The last Joe Dirt was gross enough. Remember that scene with the dog and the frozen porch?<br> | Mr Magic | Jul 22, 2015

Go for it!<br> </i><b>-end quote</b></blockquote>The diabetes diagnosis was a nice wake up call. I cut out soft drinks and drink mainly water. I also took myself off the lithium I was on for about 10 years. (Due to starting show some major negative side effects.) That made me gain a lot of water weight. I feel a lot better. Both physically and mentally. | DebrisStorm | Jul 21, 2015

22305 | Retro-Daze let's get healthy! | Good news, I guess. I don't have to do anything. I was worried I would have to change my footwear, but the doctor said my shoes are good. Also that it's good that I bike, and I should definitely not run--it would just make things worse.<br><br>My left foot is less stable than my right. The arch is fallen. She suggested some insoles (and "stay away from Dr Scholl's!") but that's about all that can be done. Hopefully the higher quality ones she recommended will keep me from hurting any more.<br> | shakin steak | Jul 21, 2015

22303 | Defunct Department Stores | Haha, look at all those boxy cars! | jkatz | Jul 21, 2015
22302 | Defunct Department Stores | Back where I grew up, we had this mall called the Nanuet Mall. It was a pretty beautiful mall, and it had a wide array of stores. When I was young my mom would often take me there to go to a kids barbershop located on the first floor. If I behaved (I really hated haircuts as a kid), she would then take me to the KB Toys located right next to the barbershop to pick out a toy or two. <div><div><br></div><div>Unfortunately, as many locals of my hometown area know about, the Nanuet Mall faced heavy competition from the Palisades Mall when it opened. The Nanuet Mall began going into decline in the 2000's. Last time I was there was in late Spring of 2009 before I moved away. The mall was depressingly dead, and there were so few stores open.</div><div><br></div><div>The mall has since been demolished and replaced by a more open shopping center. It's truly a sad story to hear about, even more sad for someone like me who witnessed it happen.</div><div><br></div><div><div>http://free-stock-illustration.com/nanuet+mall+2011?image=1913682041</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><img width="300" height="300" src="/images/postImages/1437507359nanuet-mall-05-1.jpg"></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div></div></div> | Rick Ace Rhodes | Jul 21, 2015

22300 | Insert Coin: Inside Midway's '90s Revolution | If it was Midway in the 90's, the title of the game likely had "Kombat" in it. <br> | Vaporman87 | Jul 21, 2015 |
