Al could've done more with his life. But then there would be no Married...With Children.

Ugh. Been working to get the Halloween Special rendered and every time I've done so thus far, I end up with parts of missing audio. It's driving me bonkers, and I'm really hoping this latest fix I worked on does the trick so I can get it uploaded to the site and ready for tomorrow night.

Wish me luck.

Pinnacle Studio 12. I have Pinnacle Studio 16, but everything was so different, I really didn't want to spend the time trying to get acquainted with the new stuff.

The problem is that it seems to be compiling everything with seemingly random missing audio. One time it might be one group of missing audio, then the next try it's totally different.

I think I may have a way to stop it from happening though (I'll have to try it tomorrow). If I am able to combine ALL the audio clips together into one audio clip BEFORE the program has rendered/compiled the movie, there would only be ONE audio clip to lose, and it would not be likely that the only audio clip in the project would get dropped (at least... I don't THINK it would)

Bah! Pinnacle Studio? I've used it before, and found it to be very unreliable and doesn't work well with me. Sony Vegas is a much better editing software and very easy to use. I've used that and Adobe Premiere for more professional work.

Hmmm. Perhaps after the Holidays I will give one of those programs some consideration. I've heard of Premiere, but not Vegas. Is one better than another?
