Take your time.

It's raining right now. I enjoyed watching it from outside.

well deviantart is down (again) just because of an update. this was never a problem when i first joined the site, now it's something that i dread looking forward to. at this point i think it's time to deactivate my account and just move on with preserving my art on facebook instead.

I haven't used Deviantart for much of anything. I uploaded art there every once in a while, but that's about it.

The scroll button on my mouse has been acting up. Whenever I want to scroll down, the screen goes up and whenever I want to scroll up, the screen goes down.

November's article is still in rough draft and I'm trying to get stuff done before Halloween.

They are rebooting Rainbow Brite again. The dolls that were released 2009 failed.

I really miss classic animation. These "flash" in-the-pan reboots annoy me. Cheaply produced and lazily animated.

Not all of it is bad. MLP looks amazing (Not saying it because I'm a fan) Flash animation isn't bad when in the right hands. Though yes I do miss classic animation.

flash animation looks great on newgrounds. not so much on television. the techniques that these 'animators' use are basically drag and drop limb movements. you simply move an arm or leg with the mouse and bam, easy animation. however to me, it kind of takes away the concept. handdrawn animation has fluidity, in flash animation you can see the choppiness in places. archer is a good example of said choppiness.

mucha lucha on kids WB pretty much introduced the flash animation to telivision trend. in short, animators have gotten lazier with these mouse tools.

You know what's sad?

These animator wannabes are getting paid for this.

I personally wouldn't blame animators. I'd blame the animation companies. I don't mind Flash animation as long as it looks good enough where it's watchable.
