Well back to the grind after my weekend vacation. Had fun yesterday. Hung out with a friend all day and talked about the comic con we went to the day before (Mostly complained about forgetting to write down our numbers to a few girls in speed dating. But we're happy that we got two numbers) Tried taking advantage of Tax free weekend and failed miserably. Might get some writing done if I have the energy.

Thanks guys.
I'm feeling better today. This episode kind of flared up because I had been experiencing a very slight, occasional pain around the chest area. Not even a pain really. Just a discomfort. But even though that came and went like most mystery pains/jolts/zaps do, it started my mind up on my Metabolic Syndrome and how that increases my risk factors for heart disease, which then led to my extreme worry about how my family would suffer from losing me if I died of a heart attack, or stroke. Then that led to my heart "skipping" a beat (from the anxiety), which then lead me to worry about that. There were other concerns that were already happening that weekend, so it was like a perfect storm of worry for me. Things began to settle down as the weekend progressed. Today, I am almost at 100%, but not quite. Way better though. I suppose there is a silver lining. I regained some perspective on my life's priorities, and began to do something to help counter my Metabolic Syndrome (cholesterol issues) by taking up a less strict form of the South Beach Diet. I had placed myself on that diet many years ago with good results, so I know it will definitely help now. Thank you for your prayer and helpful suggestions. It is greatly appreciated. I weighed myself on the scale this morning and I weighed close to 210 lbs. I thought I did anyway. It turns out I had a wrong reading. I'm actually like 194 lbs.

Well I got the rest of my articles planned out until next summer. If I feel inspired I'll be rough drafting them all today if not most of them.

Went to the community pool today. First time in the water in years. I can't swim worth beans so I floated around alone like a weirdo. Recreational swimming is definitely for the under 5 crowd.
