Well today is the last day of being off work for paternal leave for me. Tomorrow, it's back to the office.

My day (much like this entire week thus far) was slow and just bad in general. Tomorrow looks to be even worse.

But, hey! The weekend isn't far away, so there's that.

I know, right? He's the one that got me into that show.

Today was exactly as bad as I thought it would be, but I have nothing to do the rest of the week. Normally I'd be depressed over that, but not this week.

Also, Hannibal is back next week, so everything's not completely terrible.

I saw this at K-mart today and just had to pick it up.



I also have a new shade for my bedroom window. Sleeping will become easier. Time to say goodbye to those distracting car lights from outside!

Busy times. Yesterday after work I went to a community council meeting held at our market site to discuss plans for the summer market. Tonight I am "babysitting" (playing Nintendo with my 11 year old buddy). Friday through Sunday I'll be serving drinks at a street festival. Mrs steak has been working on her "intensive study" summer school class all this week and last week but by tomorrow it's done.
