Did you see the Psych episode that spoofed clue that had Leslie (Mrs. Scarlett), Chris Lloyd (Prof Plum), Martin Mull (Col. Mustard) in different roles?
Clue was one of my favorite movies of the 80s.

NLogan wrote :Mine also. It is one of the few movies I actually remember watching in the theater. There are many I KNOW I saw in the theater as a kid, but few that I actually remember doing so. You love this signature.

Here's my latest Pop Geeks interview. It's an interview with the first Oscar winner I've ever spoken to. He's a film editor named Alan Heim, who took home the Best Film Editing Oscar for "All That Jazz" in 1980. I look forward to interviewing more Oscar winners in the future: http://popgeeks.net/2015/02/26/pop-geeks-flashback-interview-alan-heim/

Here is my newest interview for Pop Geeks. I recently spoke with actress Lori Alan about both her live-action and animated work. Fans of 90s cartoons will know her from shows like "SWAT Kats", "Fantastic Four" and the early seasons of "Family Guy", all of which are discussed in the interview. I hope you all enjoy it: http://popgeeks.net/pop-geeks-flashback-interview-lori-alan/

It's been a while since I've updated this thread, but I've done several more interviews over the course of the past several months.
In late June, I did e-mail interviews with Marina Sirtis (Counselor Troi on "Star Trek: The Next Generation") and Michael Minkler (winner of three Oscars for Best Sound). Here's the link to the Marina Sirtis interview: http://popgeeks.net/pop-geeks-flashback-interview-marina-sirtis/ Here's the link to the Michael Minkler interview: http://popgeeks.net/pop-geeks-flashback-interview-michael-minkler/ In July, I put up an interview with horror film actress and Joe Dante regular Belinda Balaski: http://popgeeks.net/pop-geeks-flashback-interview-belinda-balaski/ Finally, my most recent interview was with the versatile Rocky DeMarco, who has been in the entertainment industry in a variety of different positions since the 90s: http://popgeeks.net/pop-geeks-flashback-interview-rocky-demarco/ I hope you enjoy reading these interviews. I have some intriguing new ones in the works as well. |

It's been a while since I've updated this list, but here are the interviews I've done since September of 2015.
First, I spoke to him in September of 2015 and published the interview in October. I interviewed action film star Mel Novak, an interview set up via a Facebook friend: http://popgeeks.net/pop-geeks-flashback-interview-mel-novak/ In November of 2015, I interviewed two former adult film talents. The first was actress, singer and documentarian Michelle Maren, who reached out about an interview when I liked her official Facebook page (Warning: Some NSFW content, but no nudity): http://popgeeks.net/pop-geeks-flashback-interview-michelle-maren/ The second was the youngest person I've ever interviewed. She's only four years older than I am. I spoke to adult film actress-turned-comedienne Alia Janine (This interview also has some NSFW content...No nudity, though): http://popgeeks.net/pop-geeks-flashback-interview-alia-janine/ Finally, my most recent interview came when I spoke to actress, activist and singer Kat Kramer, daughter of the late director Stanley Kramer, about her life and career: http://popgeeks.net/pop-geeks-flashback-interview-kat-kramer/ March will be a big month for interviews for me, as I've been able to set up interviews with adult film star Keisha, "Just One Of The Guys" actress Joyce Hyser and Jenny Wright, who has appeared in movies like "Pink Floyd: The Wall", "The Wild Life", "Near Dark" and "I, Madman". I should also be getting the transcript of my Adam F. Goldberg interview for Retro-Daze coming back this way soon so I can make corrections and put it up. As Adam is producing a popular TV show, I know he's busy, but I should hear from him soon. It's fun to do interviews, and speak to these talents I admire about their careers, and to tell them how they've helped me during my life's rough patches. It's an honor and a privilege to interview these talents. |
