Me too blue. I still had several issues/discs (that are listed in the Classifieds section), but not this one. This is one I would have kept.

In a way, you could make the argument that MST3K was the prototype for today's reality TV.

I feel like I'm the only person on the planet who doesn't love this show. I mean, I love the idea of it--watching terrible old movies sounds like a good time to me--but every time I tried to give it a chance I was unimpressed. It just wasn't that funny. Plus in my opinion it suffers from Monty Python syndrome, meaning it lets unfunny people think they're funny just by quoting lines.
Rifftrax is pretty great though. The women of New Vegas ask me a lot if there's a Mrs. New Vegas. Well, of course there is! You're her. And you're still just as perfect as the day we met.

There WILL BE new episodes of Mystery Science Theater 3000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks to an already highly successful Kickstarter campaign, MST3K will be back!!!! I just wish Kevin and Bill would be voicing the bots. But eh... we'll see how this goes.

according to one of the later kickstarter updates there may be a chance that they get the old guys back for a few episodes, possibly by a "glitch" in crow's and tom servo's system.
