I recently came across the script for the now defunct, planned sequel to the crappy 1998 Godzilla film. This script is far better than the original movie's, but still cheesy and involving the same uninspired characters. Still, it gives you a look at what might have been had the trilogy of films that were planned come to fruition.

The mistake I always see with creature features (Transformers included) is they try to intertwine the lives of people in with the giant robots/monsters. For once, just let the big guys story told.
