Trying to figure out what flavor the McDonaldland meal's shake is supposed to be?

I take it it's not strawberry.

Grinch meals are available at Mickey D's. You can get a Big Mac meal or McNugget meal and you can have some special Grinch Salt that'll make your fries taste like green dill pickles. Usually at McDonald's you can get a Happy Meal prize or a collectors' glass, but this time, you get a pair of socks. Very nice, fun socks I might add. But the weird thing is, the cost of the Grinch Meal is crazy expensive! Our three meals cost like $15 each. Insane!

I've heard of fried pickles (And I do love me some fried pickles with ranch.) but fried apple pie?!

Speaking of McDonald’s, on Wednesday, I had their Filet-O-Fish sandwich (my favorite thing to get at McDonald’s along with their Chicken McNuggets) and it was good to have and eat after not having it in awhile.

I also had french fries with it of course. But, I don’t know, for some reason, I kinda regretted getting it and feeling little yucky after eating McDonald’s again. I don’t know, I just feel like McDonald’s tasted so much better when I was a kid (but I guess that’s just because I was much younger and my taste buds were much less developed than they are now).

Overall, I’m a much bigger fan of Burger King and Jack In The Box. I use to really love Wendy’s too, but the last time I had their food, I wasn’t that impressed with it.

 It's just changed so much over the years. Mostly in negative ways. McDonald's has, well…lost its flavor.

Their burgers really don't look that good anymore. The taste has changed too. The Frostys are still good, though.

I've stopped eating McDonalds. I feel like it has gotten really lackluster and they never have any items anymore that capture my interest. Even the breakfast I haven't gotten in awhile.

Those new crafted sodas they introduced awhile ago aren't too bad though. I've stopped in a few times in the past months to try them. The new orange one is really good, the sprite one is okay.

This popped up in my Facebook feed last night. One of the local McDonald's from where I grew up as a kid is getting demolished. It was one of the last McDonald's that had yet to convert to the new grey building design. Unfortunately that is what it is being rebuilt as.

I cannot tell you how many times I sat at those exact seats that you see by the windows. It is tragic to see this go.

Of course it’s being demolished. We can’t have McDonald’s buildings out here actually having character. 

Years ago, a McDonald's in Dallas, TX had a really neat zoo theme. But they did away that to make room for McDonald's boring modern look.
