I recently discovered Amazon Kindle publishing. Amazon pretty much lets any schmuck with a story publish to their online Kindle store. I really liked the idea so I kind of cleaned up the Halloween story I did on Retro-Daze and the Hookie article from RJ and published them there. I also wrote a completely new short story, "A Walk To The Library: A Bizarre Tale Of Survival" that's up as well.

I'm new to it, and without an editor and all that I don't really have any expectations other than having fun. I set the books at the lowest cost (I'd do them free if I could, Amazon lets you do a promotion so I listed them for free for the next few days) I was hoping you guys could check the books out and leave a review. I'm using a pseudonym, so just a heads up.

Is anyone else here have books on there? I've even see fan fiction up.

Wow, congratulations vkimo! This is a great idea, I've never heard of this before but I'll definitely look into publishing work on here.

As for reviews, I'll do it for you.

The only thing I currently have published there is the Golden Age Comics Anthology Volume 1, but I have more that are soon to publish.  The comics anthology is an 80-page collection of classic Golden Age comic stories featuring Green Hornet, The Comet, Rocket Man, Blue Beetle, and more.

I downloaded your books and will give them a read this week and leave a review.

Wow that is awesome! Interesting ghost writer name!

It let's you publish short stories? I would be down for that!

Yeah, I was surprised by how easy it was. Of course that means there's a million titles from average joes like us competing for that .0001% of readers who get lost and find the amateur section haha

Thank you v-man, I'll be sure to leave a review after I'm done. The e-reader is easier on my eyes and now I have Kindle on my laptop.

If you ever need a proofreader, I'd be more than happy to volunteer my services.

The women of New Vegas ask me a lot if there's a Mrs. New Vegas. Well, of course there is! You're her. And you're still just as perfect as the day we met.
