The April fools day was it being Rated PG-13. Ryan Reynolds confirmed it is going to be R.

Well, I suppose that's good for purists. Excludes me though. Not that I NEVER watch R movies, but it's a rare occurrence and the character just doesn't interest me.

As you can see those all say it will be R, and they were all posted on April Fool's Day. Results below that are not dated. Some of them include talking about the R-rated movie but within a couple of days later. I guess this is totally appropriate for Deadpool, but it's all such a mess, I'm not going to bother trying to figure it out until the movie is released.
