Solstice wasn't that hard to beat, just super time consuming. On the other hand I remember how supremely pissed off I was when i beat the near impossible NES Ghosts and Goblins last level only to find out that it was not really the end and I would have to go through the game again from the beginning! Oh and did I mention you have only one hit to instant death unless you have armor.

Seriously? That's the stupidest idea ever for an ending (real or not).
