Yes, Dash Galaxy in the Alien Asylum.
I have seen the name around, and I've definitely played it on emulator, but I forgot everything about it because it is a seriously horrible game. Like Impossible Mission 2, your guy has realistic movement and proportions, but moves painfully slow. On top of confusing navigation, unclear goals, lame items, and just completely boring! I rediscovered it yesterday when I was trying to decide what to get next from the points store. A: Not that. |

Since I can't give anymore clues (at least visually) without giving away the game, I will say that this is a SNES game.

It's funny, I looked at some lists of SNES RPGs. Even before the first hint, I recognized the graphic style of the console. I thought that looked kind of like Terranigma and Robotrek (also by Quintet) but I knew those were wrong...Soul Blazer was not on any of the lists.
