16449Retro-Daze let's get healthy! At least you seem to be good with the yoga. Maybe it will help prepare your back for tougher workouts down the road.Vaporman87Feb 06, 2015View

16444Retro-Daze let's get healthy!I'm 6'1" and I weighed 265 lbs. in high school. When I graduated in 2004, I wanted to make changes. I'm down to around 160/165 lbs. now. While it seems like a good thing, I'm constantly paranoid about gaining that weight back.

I've been slacking off on my exercise after I hurt my back lifting weights a few months back. My cousin suggested I try DDP Yoga, but I always laughed it off. After months of his begging, I've given in and started the program this past Monday. I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised. The workouts are pretty damn tough and I actually feel like I've had a workout after I'm done. I'm not looking to lose weight or anything, I'm just wanting to maintain/tone up.

As far as my diet is concerned, I basically just stay away from fried foods and junk food throughout the week. I usually eat what I want (To a certain degree) on the weekend. It helps me stay sane and I don't really feel bad about it since I try to cut down on that junk 5 out of 7 days per week.
DerkFeb 06, 2015View
