What kind of retro movie soundtracks do you love?

Mostly orchestrial soundtracks with sweeping scores. I do have some James Bond soundtracks and a few game soundtracks (Halo, Resident Evil).

I still have a cassette tape for the House Party soundtrack

there are very few movie soundtracks that i like. as i've mentioned before the one for cool world was much better than the movie itself. the song selection is just so surreal, and there are songs from bands that i haven't even heard of

One of my favorite movie songs is Chariots of Fire by Vangelis. I love that song!

I've only bought one soundtrack in my life: Johnny Mnemonic. I had to find out who did that one song

I only remember that Dolph Lundgren played some type of preacher/warrior in the movie.

I have two soundtrack cds and both are related to Batman.

Definitely among my personal top picks. If'n you like the science fiction I very recommend you watch it again.
