Mine was the Rugrats Movie soundtrack, but it was actually months later I would get my own by only one group. That album was Bringing Down The Horse by The Wallflowers, which, ironically, turns 20 this year.

My first CD was Smashing Pumpkins Mellon Collie and The Infinite Sadness, which I still own. It was a mysterious media format to me in the mid 90's, being so devoted to listening and recording on audio cassettes.

My first ever cassette purchase was MC Hammer's 2 Legit 2 Quit. Shamefully, my first CD wasn't much better since it was Hootie and the Blowfish's Cracked Rear View.

The first album I bought was metallica master of puppets I loved the cd so much I at least played the d@mn cd 5 or 6 times and I got it when I was in 9 grade I loved the cd so much I actually went to the concert what I really did to get to the concert even though it was on Monday it was the same day Monday and I also got my f***ing report card so I ripped it and went to the show with my friends
