I think that a forum dedicated to depression, anxiety and even suicide can be therapeutic. On RetroDaze though, it may just come off as a confusing nook on an otherwise upbeat board.

Thanks to Fuzz, NLogan, and shakin for helping to clear things up. I suppose I should say that I don't want this thread to be a place to confront suicide, but as a way to help cope with feelings that might lead to that. And, if someone did confess to planning suicide, I would do what is required by law to alert authorities or loved ones.

EDIT: Changed the OP so that it focuses less on suicidal thoughts.

Delete all the current replies in this thread too. They're off topic. Not that I mind going OT, in fact I love it! But this is serious and the kind of derailment may make someone reconsider posting.
