Clues so far:
Name starts with V male not human from an 80s TV show cartoon bad guy Bonus clue: Even though a toy line was created, none of the characters from the show were made into action figures except for one good guy and one bad guy and one monster. There were two board games made, one featured the protagonists of the show made of pvc. The main antagonist (the character we are guessing) had a pvc figure made but only in Spain and not from the board game. |
