Saw it for the first time last night.

it's been years since i've watched it, let alone the straight to video sequel, bartok the magnificent.

That's one I should check out as well.

Bartok is supposed to be a bad guy (I would think) but it seems he's a good guy as well.

My avatar is a shot of the Banana Splits in Hocus Pocus Park. It originally aired in 1972, but I didn't watch it until sometime in the 80s. If you haven't watched the Banana Splits I would highly suggest that you at least check out the songs. There are some punk covers floating around that are actually pretty good. 

It's been so long since I watched Banana Splits. I'd even give the horror movie a try.
