That's good to know. I got a lot of work ahead of me this week then. 

I've got some of my articles saved, and the two that aren't have cached versions available. All I have to do is replace the pictures.

In Google cache you have to put the words Retro Daze in the search as well as the title if the words used bring up too many in the search because they are too popular or fairly generic. You shouldn't have to rewrite anything, just copy and paste.

I have updated the article title list on the previous page of this thread. We are only missing article titles from about 4/30 - 6/21/2016. You can find every article on the Google cache pages if you know the title. If you can't remember the exact title, close enough titles may work in the search engine + the words "Retro Daze". Instructions on the previous page. Save your text from your articles in either a word document or email it to yourself. Don't save it as a draft here or start resubmitting yet. Until we hear back from Vaporman whether or not Rakesh has the files saved from the site update in September. If he does we will only need to redo from September to November. If he doesn't we can work on resubmitting all of our articles from 4/30 to 11/24/2016. Don't try it yet as you may lose them again if we are able to restore up until September. Wait for the go ahead from Vaporman. We will know after Monday.

Now I know why I lost all of my progress on Retro Manic... Damn that sucks balls! I actually haven't been able to get on the site for the past month. It would always tell me the site was down. Glad the site is back up.

You guys are awesome and I love the enthusiasm for restoring the site. It's a good group to be a part of. However this works out I'll be there. In the meantime I'll follow NLogan's strategy for archiving the posted versions of my articles.

i only had one article and i started another  but didn't really get that far i will just rewrite both and make them better,

I also plan on using the saved text from the articles and tweeking them a little to improve them.
