I would first add one of my favorite underrated characters, Omega Supreme. He didn't get much attention in the G1 series save for a few episodes. Later on in other series and in video games he received more attention. But during the series first run, I watched every episode hoping he would show up. Instead we always got Devastator or the Dino Bots. Bleh.

Here's a villain that was never given a chance to live up to his potential in the original Masters of the Universe cartoon:
Count Marzo He finally got more attention in the 200X series reboot, but he could definitely have used more screen time in the original series, perhaps as a rival to Skeletor (much like Hordak). You love this signature.
