Got the notice that the Trademark office is going to publish our notice of trademark in the Official Gazette on Sept. 15th, 2015 (which I guess means that makes it completely official?)

Just make sure the trademark applies across all the realms, or there could be trouble

It hasn't made it to this realm...yet
