What I hope they DON'T do is pull the same stunt they're pulling now with Pokemon Sword and Shield, where not every Pokemon is going to be transferable. It's because of this that I refuse to buy the new Pokemon game.

Pokemon games are remade with each handheld system generation. With FireRed and LeafGreen coming to the GBA, HeartGold and SoulSilver coming to the DS, and OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire coming to the 3DS. I'm sure they'll bring Diamond and Pearl to the Switch.
