40496The CaféRight now I'm trying to put out a Spider-Man article before the release of the new Spider-Man video game. I'm going to be busy Sunday and Monday but hopefully I can get the rest done the following days.Rick Ace RhodesAug 19, 2018View
40495Last Movie You WatchedThe Rugrats Movie (1998) and Rugrats in Paris: The Movie (2000)<div><br></div><div>I don't know why but I decided to watch these two films for the first time since I was a kid. I bought a DVD collection of all three Rugrats films three years ago but just decided to watch them today.</div><div><br></div><div>Both films are pretty decent. They still hold up for the most part. It has that clever 90's-Nickelodeon humor that both kids and adults can laugh at. I was shocked at how short these films were. Both were only 80 minutes long (the second was just a couple minutes short of that mark). They fit a lot in for such a short run-time.</div><div><br></div><div>Since I decided to watch the end credits, I discovered for the first time that the first movie had an end credits scene tacked on at the very end of the movie.</div><div><br></div><div>Overall, not too shabby. Something to sit down and watch with the family.</div><div><br></div><div>4/5</div>Rick Ace RhodesAug 19, 2018View
40494Last Movie You WatchedSaw a few good movies, I usually try to watch an old favorite and also take a chance on a new movie each weekend.<div><br></div><div>Upgrade (2018)</div><div><br></div><div>This was a great action flick, it was light and didn't take itself too seriously. Basically a guy gets a super computer implanted into his spinal cord and has&nbsp; a Jarvis like effect where the user has enhanced Windows 95 like abilities. A great pop corn romp.</div><div><br></div><div>3.5/5</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>The 13th Warrior (1999)</div><div><br></div><div>Man, this one brings back memories. I remember this and Congo being among my favorite movies as a kid, and when I found out Michael Crichton was behind both, my mind was blown. Admittedly this movie has some issues, but I enjoyed it. Some of the suspense was gone since I got older but still a classic. The "Lo there do I see my father" chant at the end is epic and one of the more memorable scenes.</div><div><br></div><div>3/5</div>vkimoAug 19, 2018View
