10022What Are You Reading?/Favorite BooksI'm almost on page 600 of Atlas Shrugged haha I'm also reading Fight Club which really isn't doing anything for me. Also reading Operation Paperclip about how the US snatched up all the Nazi scientist after the war on put them to work developing technology for the US.
vkimoJul 23, 2014View

10020What Are You Reading?/Favorite BooksI'm nearly done with Worst Case. It's a pretty good crime drama book. It's basically about a New York City detective stopping at nothing to go after this killer.

Next, I might read "Between a Rock and a Hard Place", which inspired the move 127 Hours.
Mr MagicJul 23, 2014View

10014Weird Al YankovicPrince seems to be the only artist who never wanted a Weird Al parody done. What an idiot. 10013Remember Sony's "Walkman"?On the flip side, Betamax players are collector's items worth hundreds of dollars now. So, score for those poor saps who bought one ages ago and kept it.
Vaporman87Jul 23, 2014View
10012post-apocalypse moviesIt's been ages since I watched Johnny Mnemonic. I'll have to re-watch that one. I know I didn't like it as much as The Matrix (which felt similar in mood and style). But since the sequels made that franchise lame, perhaps watching the stand alone Johnny Mnemonic will seem much better now.
Vaporman87Jul 23, 2014View
